Sephora in Nashville, TN seeks an Operations Leader (Full‑Time, hourly $24.00–$27.50) to manage store operations, inventory and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and stock accuracy to meet sales and shrink targets
- Lead visual merchandising and execute promotional events to uphold Sephora’s brand standards and maximize conversion
- Coach, mentor and develop operations team members on selling behaviours, operational processes and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols and store maintenance standards to deliver a safe, consistent client experience
- Support store leadership in achieving sales and service goals by partnering across teams and driving a culture of accountability and reliability
- Manage scheduling expectations and maintain required shift coverage during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality with a track record of coaching teams
- Strong organizational aptitude with excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
- Proven ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative, goal-driven culture
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with client-focused orientation
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed; reliable punctuality and attendance

Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, including supervising staff, managing inventory/replenishment and executing merchandising standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in retail management, business or hospitality preferred.
