Sephora in Nashville hiring an Operations Leader (hourly) at Green Hills — lead inventory, merchandising and operations. $24.00–$27.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and adherence to operational standards
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional setup to ensure brand presentation and drive sales
- Coach, mentor and develop operations and sales team members to improve performance and career progression
- Manage scheduling, punctuality and attendance expectations to meet staffing needs during peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ensure store maintenance, safety and compliance with company policies to deliver a consistent client experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, store management or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams to achieve operational and sales objectives
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to foster a collaborative, accountable culture
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with a track record of coaching teams, managing inventory workflows and maintaining operational standards in a fast-paced environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
