Sephora in Nashville, TN is hiring an Operations Leader — full-time hourly role overseeing store operations, inventory and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and adherence to operational standards
  • Lead visual merchandising, in-store promotions and store maintenance to preserve brand presentation and drive sales
  • Coach, develop and performance-manage the operations team to improve selling behaviours, operational proficiency and career progression
  • Partner with sales teams to support outstanding client experience and achieve store goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention practices
  • Maintain reliable scheduling and staffing for peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate teams to meet operational and sales objectives
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain punctual, consistent attendance
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required

Experience
