Sephora Operations Leader in Naperville, IL—lead retail operations, manage inventory, and develop teams. $26–$30/hr, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead operations team and oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to meet operational standards
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Coach and develop team members through training on operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
- Support client experience by partnering with team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to store goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and accountability while promoting Sephora's values and standards
- Maintain flexible scheduling availability during peak retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
