Sephora Operations Leader, Mt. Juliet, TN – Full-time hourly retail operations management role overseeing inventory, merchandising, and team leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to meet operational standards
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora brand standards
- Coach and develop team members through training on operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
- Support the client experience by partnering with the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve store goals
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that promotes teamwork and accountability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping environment
- Manage flexible scheduling to meet peak retail operations demands including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
