Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards to ensure store efficiency
- Drive visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora brand presentation and support sales objectives
- Coach and develop team members through training on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and achieve store performance goals
- Promote and foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and teamwork where all employees feel valued and empowered
- Maintain compliance with company policies and contribute to creating a safe, enjoyable shopping environment
- Work flexibly during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive retail or hospitality operations experience, with at least 2 years in a formal leadership capacity managing teams and driving operational initiatives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management or hospitality education preferred.
