Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional execution to maintain brand presentation and drive sales.
- Coach, train and develop the operations team on selling behaviours, operational standards, performance metrics and company initiatives.
- Support the client experience by partnering with sales teams to meet store goals and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
- Enforce company policies and operational procedures while promoting a culture of inclusivity, punctuality and accountability.
- Manage flexible scheduling and ensure coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; demonstrated success coaching teams to achieve targets.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to motivate and hold teams accountable.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience
Minimum three years of progressive leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with demonstrated capability in inventory control, visual merchandising execution and frontline team management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
