Sephora Operations Leader position in Midland, TX — lead store operations, inventory, and team development in full-time retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to meet operational standards
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Direct operations team members and provide coaching to support client experience and store goals
- Guide and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture of accountability and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
