Sephora in Midland, TX is hiring an Operations Leader to manage inventory, merchandising and team performance. Hourly role at $26–$34/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure optimal stock levels and availability.
- Lead and execute visual merchandising and promotional floor plans to uphold brand standards and drive sales.
- Coach, develop and schedule the operations team to meet performance metrics and support career progression.
- Maintain operational standards for store maintenance, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe shopping environment.
- Support the broader client experience by partnering with sales teams to deliver consistent service and contribute to store targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality, or a related customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop associates, with experience driving team performance against operational and sales goals.
- Strong organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to inventory control, merchandising execution and problem solving.
- Flexible availability to work retail peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable punctuality and attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required; capable of performing tasks in a dynamic retail environment.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality with proven results in inventory control, team development and operational execution.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
