Sephora Operations Leader position in Miami, FL. Full-time hourly role overseeing store operations, inventory, and team leadership. $24–$27.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand presentation
- Coach and develop team members by providing guidance, training on operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store sales goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and accountability while promoting teamwork and collaborative success
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping environment
- Manage flexible scheduling and ensure reliable attendance during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
