Sephora Miami seeks an Operations Leader (full-time) at FL-London Square to lead store operations, inventory and team coaching. Hourly $24–$31/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and coach the operations team to meet performance metrics, maintain operational standards and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising and promotional displays to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
  • Coordinate store maintenance and safety procedures in accordance with company policy to create a secure, pleasant shopping environment.
  • Support store leadership in achieving sales and service goals through operational support and cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or a closely related environment; track record of coaching teams to achieve operational goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage inventory processes, order fulfillment and merchandising initiatives with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to motivate a diverse team and foster inclusivity.
  • Effective organizational and time‑management skills; able to prioritize in a fast‑paced retail setting.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience
