Sephora Operations Leader in Metairie, LA — full-time hourly role ($24–$27.50/hr). Lead store operations, inventory and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and loss-prevention procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Lead visual merchandising and in-store promotional execution to uphold Sephora brand standards and drive sales.
  • Coach, mentor and develop operations team members on selling behaviours, operational processes and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store sales and service goals.
  • Maintain store safety, compliance with company policies and a clean, well-maintained shopping environment.
  • Manage staffing and scheduling to meet required weekly hours (Full Time: 30–40 hours/week) and ensure coverage during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop frontline teams to achieve operational and sales goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and solid problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business, retail management or related field preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 27.50 per hour.
