Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Direct visual merchandising and execution of promotions to ensure brand standards and optimize sales.
  • Coach, train and develop the operations team to improve operational skills, selling behaviours and performance against store KPIs.
  • Support and partner with sales teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet store objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and store maintenance to create a secure shopping environment.
  • Manage scheduling and availability to cover peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative leadership style.
