Sephora Operations Leader – Full-Time, Marietta, GA. Lead retail operations, inventory, and team development. $24–$27.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to meet operational standards
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation
- Coach, train, and develop team members across operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
- Partner with store team to support exceptional client experience and achieve sales goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and collaboration among operations staff
