Sephora Operations Leader – Lynnfield, MA. Lead retail operations, team development, and client experience at $26–$30/hr, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are met to drive store success
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand standards and drive sales
- Coach and develop team members by guiding training on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store goals
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where team members feel empowered and accountable
- Ensure compliance with company policies and create a safe, enjoyable shopping environment
- Manage flexible scheduling and maintain reliability across peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate teams and foster a goal-driven culture of accountability and success
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing environment. Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing teams; managing inventory and replenishment; and driving operational standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management or hospitality training preferred but not required.
