Sephora Operations Leader role in Los Angeles—full-time, hourly position overseeing retail operations, inventory, and team leadership at Fig at 7th flagship store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards to ensure store efficiency
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand positioning and drive sales performance
- Partner with sales and client-facing teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to achieving store financial goals
- Coach, train, and develop team members to build fulfilling career paths while teaching operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and empowered workplace culture that promotes teamwork and accountability
- Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, compliant, and enjoyable shopping environment
- Manage flexible scheduling and ensure reliable coverage during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar operational role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams to achieve business goals
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative, goal-driven culture of accountability and success
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly as job duties require

Experience
Minimum 3 years of operational or retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a direct leadership role overseeing team performance and operational standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or associate degree in business administration preferred but not required.
