Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop the operations team through coaching, training and performance feedback to meet store targets and company standards.
- Drive brand presentation by executing visual merchandising plans, promotional events and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
- Support the client experience by partnering with sales teams to deliver exceptional service and contribute to achieving sales and service goals.
- Enforce company policies, loss-prevention procedures and operational standards to safeguard assets and the customer environment.
- Manage scheduling reliability and ensure coverage during peak periods (nights, weekends and holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality (supervisory responsibilities preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop teams to achieve operational and sales objectives.
- Strong organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to motivate and hold teams accountable.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
