Sephora is hiring an Operations Leader in Los Angeles, CA — full-time hourly role overseeing store operations, inventory and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure availability and accuracy.
  • Lead visual merchandising and promotional setups to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
  • Coach, develop and schedule the operations team to meet performance metrics and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Monitor and enforce operational standards, policies, and loss-prevention procedures to maintain a safe, compliant retail environment.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to support store goals, peak-period coverage and a consistent client experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality with a track record of coaching teams.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, replenishment and merchandising execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Availability to work 30–40 hours per week including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Experience
