Sephora seeks a full-time Operations Leader in Long Beach, California, to lead store operations, inventory, merchandising and team development. The role requires 30–40 hours per week, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays; hourly pay is $28.00–$32.20, depending on qualifications, experience and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand and drive sales.
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and help achieve store goals.
- Guide and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
- Promote an open, inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Uphold company policies and help create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
- Lead the operations team and develop team members.
