Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment to ensure operational accuracy and availability.
  • Oversee visual merchandising, promotional setups and store maintenance to uphold Sephora brand standards and drive sales.
  • Coach, develop and schedule the operations team; provide on‑the‑floor training in operational processes, selling behaviors and performance metrics.
  • Support and partner with sales teams to deliver outstanding client experiences and contribute to achieving store performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention standards to maintain a secure, welcoming store environment.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and flexible availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or a closely related environment — demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Strong organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.
  • Effective time-management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience

At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with hands-on exposure to inventory control, merchandising and team coaching.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or credentials in business, retail management or related fields preferred.
