Operations Leader position at Sephora in Littleton, CO. Full-time, $26–$30/hr. Lead retail operations and develop teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the operations team to drive operational excellence and support exceptional client experience
- Manage inventory operations, including replenishment, order fulfillment, and stock control to meet operational standards
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to enhance brand presentation and drive sales
- Partner with store leadership to deliver exceptional client service while contributing to achievement of store sales and operational goals
- Coach, train, and develop team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and a sense of belonging among all staff
- Ensure compliance with Sephora company policies and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment
- Maintain flexible scheduling availability during peak retail operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve performance goals
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative, goal-driven culture of accountability and success
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

Experience
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations or a related field, with demonstrated success in managing teams, inventory operations, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or general education degree equivalent; additional retail management certifications or training is a plus.
