Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and receiving to ensure stock accuracy and product availability.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and promotional displays to uphold Sephora brand standards and optimize sales.
  • Coach, develop and schedule the operations team to deliver high-performance service, operational consistency and achievement of store goals.
  • Support store leadership in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving customer-focused initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and store maintenance standards to create a safe shopping environment.
  • Manage peak-period staffing and execution, including nights, weekends and holiday operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or a related customer-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with experience in coaching performance and fostering accountability.
  • Strong organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to inventory control and merchandising detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to motivate teams and collaborate across functions.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience
