Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and adherence to operational standards.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and promotional execution to maintain brand presentation and drive sales.
  • Coach, train and develop operations team members on processes, selling behaviours, performance metrics and company initiatives.
  • Support the client experience by partnering with the sales team to meet store goals and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
  • Manage staffing, punctuality and reliable scheduling to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention protocols and store maintenance standards.

Qualifications
