Sephora seeks an Operations Leader in Lake Buena Vista, FL (Disney Springs) to lead store operations and inventory management; $24–$31/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and operational accuracy.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and promotional rollouts to uphold brand presentation and maximize sales during events and peak periods.
- Coach, develop and evaluate operations team members, driving performance through on-the-floor training, feedback and clear accountability.
- Partner with sales and client experience teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to achieving store KPIs.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety protocols and loss-prevention procedures while ensuring the store is clean, functional and customer-ready.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality (3+ years preferred).
- Proven ability to coach teams, drive performance and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture.
- Strong organizational aptitude with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet required weekly shift minimum (30–40 hours/week).
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as required.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality is required to effectively supervise daily store functions and develop team members; candidates with 3+ years of progressive supervisory experience are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 31 per hour.
