Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are met
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand standards and drive sales
- Coach, guide, and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store goals
- Promote a culture of openness, inclusivity, and teamwork where all employees feel empowered
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping environment
