Sephora Operations Leader position in Houston, TX—full-time retail operations management role with $26–$30/hr pay.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards to ensure store efficiency
- Direct visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand standards and drive sales performance
- Coach and develop team members through training in operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
- Partner with store teams to deliver exceptional client experience and achieve sales and service goals
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that promotes openness, empowerment, and accountability
- Maintain company policies and safety standards to create a welcoming shopping environment
- Manage flexible scheduling to meet peak retail operations across nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in a similar retail or hospitality operations role

- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities
