Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and accuracy
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional set‑ups and routine store maintenance to uphold Sephora brand standards and drive sales
- Coach, train and develop the operations team on operational processes, selling behaviours, performance metrics and company initiatives
- Partner with sales teams to support an exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store KPIs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss‑prevention procedures and health & safety standards
- Manage scheduling expectations and ensure reliability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with demonstrated team development outcomes
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and hold teams accountable to achieve operational and sales goals
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Effective time management and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, including direct supervision, operational oversight (inventory, merchandising, order fulfilment) and demonstrated success developing staff.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in business, retail management or related fields preferred.
