Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and accuracy
  • Lead visual merchandising, promotional set‑ups and routine store maintenance to uphold Sephora brand standards and drive sales
  • Coach, train and develop the operations team on operational processes, selling behaviours, performance metrics and company initiatives
  • Partner with sales teams to support an exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, loss‑prevention procedures and health & safety standards
  • Manage scheduling expectations and ensure reliability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with demonstrated team development outcomes
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate and hold teams accountable to achieve operational and sales goals
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
  • Effective time management and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required

Experience
