Operations Leader at Sephora Honolulu – Full-time retail leadership role managing store operations and team development. $26–$30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to meet operational standards
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to reinforce brand presentation and drive sales
- Coach and develop team members through training on operational processes, selling behaviors, and company initiatives
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and support store sales goals
