Sephora Operations Leader position in Honolulu, HI. Lead retail operations, manage inventory, and develop teams. $26–$30/hr, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the operations team to ensure store efficiency and achievement of performance targets
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and merchandising standards
- Direct visual merchandising displays, promotional events, and store maintenance to reinforce brand presentation
- Coach, train, and develop team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and support sales goals
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture of accountability and empowerment
- Ensure compliance with Sephora policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Manage flexible scheduling to support peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities
- Effective time-management skills with ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to motivate teams and foster goal-driven, accountable culture
- Physical capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required

Experience
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations or a related hospitality environment, with demonstrated success in managing teams, overseeing inventory and merchandise systems, and driving operational performance in a fast-paced retail setting.
Education
