Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations including inventory control, replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment to preserve stock integrity and availability
- Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, promotional setup and regular store maintenance to uphold Sephora standards
- Coach, mentor and develop operations and sales colleagues to improve selling behaviours, operational competency and performance metrics
- Support the client experience by partnering with the store team to deliver consistent, high-quality service and contribute to store sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols and loss-prevention procedures
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs; maintain punctuality and reliability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and moving product up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality or comparable customer-facing operations
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop frontline teams to achieve operational and sales objectives
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; capable of fostering a collaborative, accountable team culture
- Demonstrated time-management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Experience
At least 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality, or a similar high-volume customer service environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 30 per hour.
