Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the operations team to ensure efficient store functionality and support an exceptional client experience
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards across all departments
- Direct visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance initiatives to uphold Sephora's brand presentation and drive sales performance
- Partner with the sales team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store objectives
- Coach, guide, and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives to build professional development pathways

Qualifications
