The Operations Leader leads Sephora’s store operations team, overseeing inventory, replenishment, fulfillment, merchandising, and operational standards while supporting client experience and developing team members. This permanent, full-time role requires 30–40 hours per week, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; pay is $24.00–$27.50 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors, including geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and compliance with operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand presentation and drive sales.
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to store goals.
- Coach and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
- Promote an inclusive culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
- Uphold company policies and help create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Lead the operations team and support efficient store operations.
