Operations Leader position at Sephora in Fremont, CA—$28–$32.20/hr, full-time leadership role overseeing retail operations, inventory, and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards to ensure store efficiency
  • Direct visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand presentation and drive sales
  • Partner with store team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achieving sales and service goals
  • Coach, guide, and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity, openness, and teamwork where all employees feel empowered and valued
  • Uphold Sephora policies and standards while maintaining a safe and enjoyable shopping environment
