Operations Leader position at Sephora in Fremont, CA—$28–$32.20/hr, full-time leadership role overseeing retail operations, inventory, and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards to ensure store efficiency
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand presentation and drive sales
- Partner with store team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achieving sales and service goals
- Coach, guide, and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, openness, and teamwork where all employees feel empowered and valued
- Uphold Sephora policies and standards while maintaining a safe and enjoyable shopping environment
- Manage flexible scheduling while ensuring minimum weekly shift requirements are consistently met
Qualifications

Education
