Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational excellence.
- Lead and implement visual merchandising and in-store promotional events to maintain brand standards and drive sales.
- Manage store maintenance and operational standards to deliver a safe, compliant, and engaging shopping environment.
- Coach, train and develop the operations team on selling behaviors, operational processes, and performance metrics.
- Support the client experience by partnering with the store team to meet customer service objectives and store targets.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
- Maintain reliable scheduling and availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, and holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality (3+ years preferred).
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop front-line teams to achieve operational and sales goals.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving, organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to motivate a goal‑driven team.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as required.
- Flexible availability to work 30–40 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; candidates with 3+ years of progressive supervisory experience are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in retail management or business is a plus.
