Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are consistently met
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand presentation and drive sales
- Partner with store teams to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store performance goals
- Guide and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and empowerment across the operations team
- Uphold Sephora standards and company policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping environment
- Manage flexible scheduling to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and cover peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality, or similar role
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative, goal-driven culture
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed

Experience
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality, or a comparable environment, with demonstrated success in team development and operational excellence.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (GED); additional retail management certification or coursework preferred.
