Sephora seeks a full-time Operations Leader for its Coolsprings store in Franklin, Tennessee. The role leads store operations, inventory, merchandising and team development; full-time schedules are 30–40 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends and holidays. The hourly pay range is $24.00–$27.50, depending on qualifications, experience and other legitimate business factors, including geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the operations team and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and compliance with operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand presentation and drive sales.
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to store goals.
- Coach and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
- Promote an inclusive, open culture in which everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the minimum required number of weekly shifts and hours; full-time schedules comprise 30–40 hours per week.
