Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and maintenance of operational standards.
  • Lead visual merchandising and in‑store promotional execution to protect brand presentation and drive sales.
  • Coach, train and develop operations team members on processes, selling behaviours, performance metrics and company initiatives.
  • Support the client experience by enabling the selling floor to deliver exceptional service and meet store performance objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and retail loss-prevention protocols.
  • Manage flexible scheduling to cover peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in retail operations, hospitality or a high-volume consumer environment.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop associates to achieve operational and sales targets.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills with effective time‑management and prioritization.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to foster teamwork and a culture of accountability.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standard retail physical tasks.

Experience

Minimum three years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with demonstrated responsibility for inventory control, merchandising execution and team development.
