Sephora Operations Leader position in Fort Myers, FL. Lead retail operations, manage inventory, and develop teams. Full-time, $24–$27.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards to ensure store efficiency
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Guide and develop team members through coaching and training on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with the store team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving sales and operational targets
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, teamwork, and accountability while promoting Sephora's values and standards
- Manage flexible scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, store management, or hospitality
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams to achieve performance goals
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and build collaborative teams
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
