Sephora Operations Leader in Fairfax, VA – Lead retail operations, manage inventory, and develop teams. $28–$32/hr, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the operations team and oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are consistently met
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives and promotional events to uphold Sephora's brand identity and drive sales performance
- Partner with the sales team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store financial goals
- Guide and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives to build a fulfilling career path
- Foster a culture of openness, inclusivity, and teamwork where all employees feel empowered and engaged
- Maintain company policies and standards while creating a safe and enjoyable shopping environment for clients and staff

Qualifications
