Role & Responsibilities
- Lead operations team to ensure inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and adherence to operational standards
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand standards and drive sales
- Partner with store team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store performance goals
- Guide and train team members through operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and teamwork where all employees feel empowered and valued

Qualifications
