Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met
- Direct visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance activities to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Coach, train, and develop team members to build operational competency, selling behaviors, and performance accountability
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store performance goals
- Foster a culture of inclusion, teamwork, and empowerment across the store operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping environment for all clients
