Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met
  • Direct visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance activities to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
  • Coach, train, and develop team members to build operational competency, selling behaviors, and performance accountability
  • Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store performance goals
