Sephora in El Paso seeks an Operations Leader (full-time) to lead store operations and inventory. Hourly pay $22.00–$25.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day store operations, including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee visual merchandising, promotional set‑ups and store maintenance to uphold Sephora brand standards and drive sales.
  • Coach, train and develop the operations team on operational processes, selling behaviours, performance metrics and company initiatives.
  • Support the client experience by partnering with sales teams to deliver exceptional service and contribute to store performance goals.
  • Enforce company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, compliant and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Maintain reliable scheduling and staffing coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop frontline teams to meet operational and sales objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and proven problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to foster an inclusive, team‑oriented culture.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience

At least 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with hands‑on responsibility for inventory control, merchandising execution and frontline team supervision. Proven track record of coaching staff and meeting operational KPIs.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
