Sephora in El Paso, TX is hiring an Operations Leader (full-time). Lead store operations, inventory and team development. $22–$29/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead and coach the operations team to deliver performance against KPIs and maintain high standards of service and productivity.
- Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, promotional setups and store maintenance to maximize sales.
- Support the wider selling team in delivering exceptional client experiences and contribute to achieving store goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention standards.
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet required weekly shift commitments and peak retail demand (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop frontline teams to meet operational and sales objectives.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving ability.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; capable of building a collaborative, accountable team culture.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality is required; 3+ years preferred, with demonstrable experience in inventory control, merchandising and frontline team management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 29 per hour.
