Operations Leader (Full-Time, Hourly) at Sephora in Edina, MN — $26–$30/hr. Lead retail operations, inventory, and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand standards and drive sales performance
- Coach and develop team members through training on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with store leadership to deliver exceptional client experience and support achievement of store goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, teamwork, and accountability that empowers all team members
- Maintain company policies and protocols to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping environment
- Manage flexible scheduling to meet minimum weekly hour requirements (30–40 hours) while ensuring reliability during peak retail operations
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve performance goals
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly
