Sephora hiring an Operations Leader in East Rutherford, NJ — full-time store operations role at American Dream, $28–$36/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory control, replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
  • Lead visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to maintain brand standards and maximize sales conversion.
  • Coach, mentor and develop the operations team to improve performance, adherence to processes and career progression.
  • Support the client-facing team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to store sales and KPI attainment.
  • Maintain operational compliance with company policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Manage staffing and scheduling to meet minimum weekly hours and ensure coverage during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop frontline teams to achieve operational and sales objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills with effective time-management.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to foster a collaborative, accountable culture.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.

Experience
