Sephora Operations Leader position in Durham, NC—full-time, hourly retail leadership role managing store operations and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to meet operational standards
- Direct the operations team and coach team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
- Drive visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Support the client experience by partnering with the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve store goals
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture that promotes openness and empowers team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping environment
- Meet flexible scheduling requirements including availability during peak retail operations, nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
