Sephora Operations Leader, Full-Time in Durham, NC – Lead retail operations and team excellence, $24–$27.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are consistently met
- Direct visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand presentation and drive sales
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store performance goals
- Guide, train, and develop team members to build fulfilling career paths while reinforcing operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
- Foster inclusivity, teamwork, and a culture of openness where all team members feel empowered and valued
