Sephora in Durham, NC is hiring an Operations Leader (full-time) at Southpoint — $24–$31/hr; lead store operations, inventory and merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and loss-prevention to ensure operational excellence.
  • Lead visual merchandising, promotional set-ups and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
  • Coach, develop and schedule the operations team; set performance expectations and foster a collaborative, accountability-driven culture.
  • Support the client experience by enabling the selling team through operational readiness and by contributing to store sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and local regulations to maintain a secure and welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with demonstrated ability to coach and develop frontline teams.
  • Proven organizational aptitude with strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team and manage competing priorities.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required for stock handling and merchandising tasks.

Experience
