Sephora Operations Leader position in Denver, CO. Full-time hourly role leading store operations, inventory, and team development at selective retail location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee store operations to ensure efficient and effective execution of all daily functions
- Manage inventory control, replenishment, and order fulfillment processes to maintain optimal stock levels and merchandising standards
- Direct visual merchandising displays, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Coach, train, and develop team members to build operational expertise, selling behaviours, and performance accountability
- Partner with sales and client experience teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve store financial goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and openness where all team members feel empowered and engaged
- Uphold Sephora operational standards and company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping environment
- Monitor and enforce compliance with scheduling requirements and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar operations or retail management role
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve business objectives
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required

Experience
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality, with proven success leading, coaching, and developing teams to achieve operational and sales goals.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of Sephora-specific operations training programs or similar retail management certifications preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 32 per hour.
