Sephora in Dedham, MA is hiring an Operations Leader — full-time, hourly $26–$30/hr to lead store operations and inventory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and adherence to operational standards to support sales and client experience targets.
- Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, promotional execution and store maintenance to ensure consistent brand standards.
- Coach, develop and mentor the operations and sales teams—improving selling behaviours, product knowledge, performance metrics and operational proficiency.
- Partner with store leadership to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achievement of store KPIs and sales objectives.
- Enforce company policies and safety protocols while promoting an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop front-line teams to meet operational and sales goals.
- Strong organizational aptitude, attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and maintain reliable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; proven track record of coaching staff, managing inventory processes and supporting store-level KPI attainment. Experience in beauty retail is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or retail management certification preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Dedham, Massachusetts, USA, with easy access to Boston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 30 per hour.
